FANS is a free, voluntary, opt-in program that can be used to send electronic notifications of filing acitivty to individuals who create notifications in the system. This system depends upon data and images provided by the office of each Clerk of Superior Court in Georgia. Users must acknowledge that these notifications are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
